Global real estate brand continues growth in the Americas with first shop opening in Arkansas
Engel & Völkers today announced the opening of the brand’s first real estate shop in the state of Arkansas. Pulaski Heights Realty will now do business as Engel & Völkers Little Rock and the brokerage will continue to be led by license partners John and Jena Selva. As a local market expert with more than 16 years of industry experience in Little Rock, John Selva spent the last eleven years leading his team at Pulaski Heights Realty, which last year alone achieved more than $25 million in sales. He has positioned himself as the number one agent in Little Rock’s Historic Hillcrest neighborhood with a sales volume triple that of the next top agent over the last 10 years. Selva is known for his specialized local market knowledge and his passionate involvement in protecting and advancing the historic district.
“This marks yet another exciting growth announcement for Engel & Völkers as we continue to align ourselves with market leaders,” said Anthony Hitt, president and CEO, Engel & Völkers Americas. “Home to more than 40 global businesses, Little Rock’s unique blend of small-town charm, cosmopolitan diversity and exceptional quality of life appeals to buyers locally as well as from around the world. John’s commitment and dedication to providing the best possible client experience and upholding the highest standards of service are ideals shared by all Engel & Völkers real estate professionals.”
The new Engel & Völkers Little Rock shop will be located in the Historic Hillcrest District, surrounded by boutiques, restaurants and diverse architectural styles. The shop will serve home buyers and sellers primarily in the areas of Little Rock, North Little Rock, Maumelle, Bryant and Benton.
Area residences range from luxurious, well-appointed loft apartments in downtown Little Rock to grand waterfront homes along the Arkansas River, upscale gated golf course communities, and historic and architecturally significant homes in Hillcrest, the Heights, the downtown core and Argenta in North Little Rock.
“Little Rock is a cultural, economic, government and transportation center within Arkansas and the South,” said John Selva. “As home buyers and sellers here become more globally-minded and sophisticated with their use of technology, the platforms and tools provided by Engel & Völkers allow us to stay front and center with our clients. Furthermore, we’re now backed by the power of a brand that is known the world over for unparalleled standards of quality and service. The synergy between our shop in the local Little Rock market and Engel & Völkers’ network of global affiliates positions our clients to have a level of exposure unrivaled by any other real estate company in the world.”
