Powerful cohort joins Engel & Völkers to lead global luxury brand’s presence in Napa and St. Helena
Engel & Völkers today announced its expansion into the heart of California Wine Country, facilitated by the brand’s largest North American brokerage led by license partner Paul Benson. Former Compass agents Stefan Jezycki, Will Densberger, Agi Smith and Pavi Micheli, along with Michael and Melanie Muters and seven additional agents, formerly of Bradley Real Estate Group, will establish Engel & Völkers’ Napa and St. Helena presence, bringing more than $200 million in annual sales volume to the company.
“With a boutique feel backed by a global infrastructure and network, the Napa and St. Helena real estate markets will greatly benefit from a brand that values local community in every region it represents worldwide,” said Benson. “The exceptional market expertise and talent this announcement entails sets an entirely new level of service standard in these key California markets. It’s just the beginning.”
Jezycki and Muters will oversee the brand’s Napa presence, while Densberger, who is a leader in Napa’s Up Valley market for vineyard and winery acquisitions and sales, will oversee St. Helena operations.
“This is a testament to Engel & Völkers and our ability to continue to attract market leaders in some of the most desireable regions throughout the world,” said Anthony Hitt, president and CEO, Engel & Völkers Americas. “We’ve found that an unwavering commitment to our people and helping them provide the highest levels of client service has been vital to our global expansion.”
“Engel & Völkers’ focus on people, community and client service aligns so much with what we believe in as leading agents in our markets,” said Jezycki. “This brand has depth and global strength, and is one that will resonate with our clientele. It’s exciting to be at the forefront of bringing Engel & Völkers to our market; it belongs here.”
