The global real estate brand’s latest location marks its first in the state of Indiana
Engel & Völkers today announced the opening of a new real estate shop in Indianapolis, Indiana to be led by Jeff Kucic, a seasoned market expert specializing in executive and luxury properties throughout the Indianapolis area. For more than two decades, Kucic has overseen the successful operations of his own brokerage, Kucic Associates Realty, which will now do business as Engel & Völkers Indianapolis. Kucic and his team will service home buyers and sellers in the markets of Fishers, Geist, Carmel, Noblesville, Westfield, Zionsville, and the Greater Indianapolis Metropolitan Area.
“The opening of Engel & Völkers Indianapolis is significant because it marks our entrance into the state of Indiana,” said Anthony Hitt, president and CEO, Engel & Völkers Americas. “Under Jeff’s leadership, the time is right for us to enter this flourishing market, home to a growing number of Fortune 500 companies and in need of the highest quality real estate service that can cater to Indianapolis’ rapidly developing clientele of discerning local and international buyers. Offering residents quaint suburban neighborhoods interspersed with thriving downtown areas, it’s truly a city where everyone can find their own piece of luxury.”
Engel & Völkers Indianapolis will be located in the Geist District of Fishers, Indiana and will advise a diverse real estate client base of domestic as well as international residents, increasingly coming from Germany, India, the Middle East, the UK, Mexico, and South America. The area property market is equally diverse, with an inventory of homes that ranges from new construction to waterfront living, and mid-century modern to urban contemporary.
“As a growing metropolis that boasts excellent employment opportunities, a desirable cost of living, family-friendly communities, and phenomenal school systems, it’s no surprise that Indianapolis is drawing residents from all over the world,” said Kucic. “We saw a void in our real estate market for superior client service backed by a global brand, and Engel & Völkers brings a level of sophistication and white-glove service that is unprecedented in our market, while offering worldwide exposure necessary today for all local home buyers and sellers.”
Engel & Völkers operates a global network of over 11,000 real estate advisors in more than 30 countries. For more information, visit indianapolis.evusa.com.
